How about the weather? We have already seen white stuff fall and it is only September when it fell. Well, without the weather we would not have much weathering of rocks. Rocks, that is what Chapter 3 is all about. So far, we have completed reading through section 3 of chapter 3. We have taken a quiz over the reading of section 2 and will have a spelling/vocabulary test tomorrow, so remember to study tonight.

I am entering my 24th year as a teacher here at LPMS. The first 23 years I have taught 5-8 PE, Science, 5-8 Health, 7/8 Math and some electives, but mainly I was hired to teach 5/6 PE and Health. This year I will be teaching 8th grade Science for one period and yeah, I will be teaching three 8th grade PE classes and one 6th grade PE class. With the new schedule this year I will not be able to teach Boating. I also coach Volleyball, and Track and Field.

IT IS A NEW YEAR, get ready for another great year at La Pine Middle School. Volleyball starts the second day of school, be ready with all your paperwork and your physical(7th graders). Lets be ready for school as well, paper, pencils, pens, calculators, etc.
